I recently had the opportunity to photograph a graduate, which made me happy as I was going through the same experience. I feel fortunate for this, because it was like looking at my own happiness in a mirror held up for me to see. There is something really great about graduating- not about what you’re leaving behind, but what you have to look ahead.

Tonight is the last night of Austin Fashion Week, I’ll be covering the red carpet, the awards show, the after party, and of course, photographing everything.
